Quotations are invited for

upgradation of software to the following extent: -

• automation of sending SMS to the Nodal Officers/Deptt. Heads of concerned departments;
• automation of sending e-mail to the Nodal Officers of concerned departments;
• automation of uploading of data on the website;
• automation of software back up on daily basis;
• to club the connected cases;
• to generate list of important cases;
• to remove validation of default party name i.e. State of Punjab from the columns of the software;
• to check daily cause lists by computer software;
• to publish specific reports in complaint cases to the effect that I.Os need not to attend the court until specifically called for;
• to notify the movement of cases from one seat to another seat before and after the decision;
• to append diary and dispatch number to the incoming and outgoing letters respectively;
• to incorporate the data of Civil Misc. Applications in the software filed in respective cases;
• to incorporate the position of LPAs and SLPs filed and upto date information of interim/final orders passed therein.

upgradation of official website to the following extent: -

• generation of e-mail address of each and every Law Officer/ official on the official website for sending and receiving DOs/ communications to department through official e-mail;
• publishing the status of cases only for members login and stopping publishing of reports on the website as the official communication is a privileged communication which should not be accessible to all, etc. etc.
